Your strings are really cheap, what's wrong with them? Are they old/bulk packaged/seconds?
All of our strings are brand new, retail packaged and super fresh, directly parallel imported from our wholesalers in the USA. They are exactly the same strings that you buy in music stores, just a lot cheaper (and most likely fresher!). We stand 100% behind our products, you get the same guarantee of quality as you would anywhere else.

YES! We ship to Australia and the Pacific via International Air. For rates to the rest of the world please email us.
What is parallel importing?
Instead of sourcing our strings at high prices from local licensed distributors we bypass the middlemen and get our strings directly from the USA. It means low prices for hard working guitarists!

When can I expect my order to arrive?
We pride ourselves on quick turn-around, 99% of orders are mailed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Online payments from ASB customers or deposits at ASB branches will show up in our account immediately, non ASB deposits made before 7.00 PM will show up next morning. Deposits made after 7.00 PM on Friday won't appear until the following Tuesday morning and your order will be mailed then. We're happy to courier or Fastpost orders if you need your strings in a hurry.
What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay with a credit card?
We accept payments via bank deposit and also by major credit cards via Paypal. You DON'T need to have a Paypal account to pay via Credit Card.
I'm a professional musician, are you able to offer GST invoices?
Absolutely, we're happy to provide GST invoices, just request one in the 'Additional Comments' box in the shopping cart.
Is postage included in your prices or does the cart add them automatically?
You select your preferred delivery method in the shopping cart. Please note that all orders over $45.00 are delivered via Courier due to packages going missing in the regular post.
